Good morning students an parents! I would like to start off with asking each and every one of you, what did you have for breakfast? Coffee, parents? Cereal, Students? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we are lacking the essential 1st step by taking time to eat something that is healthy and beneficial to us to help us keep going throughout the day. Through this weeks lesson we will gain knowledge of how our bodies need food, healthy food in order to stay living a healthy strong life. We may sometimes eat unhealthy, but have we every realized how long it will take to burn the calories off?
